On the impact of many freshmen ... "We graduated some really good people and we are having to rely on the freshmen right away as a result. They are stepping up and doing a great job. Their racing is reflective of their training and they are training exceptionally well. They won't be normal freshmen in terms of performance, but I think they are going to very good for us this year." On what they can take away from the meet ... "We swam against two teams that sent quite a few people to NCAAs last season. It's always good to see our swimmers perform up to that level and go nose to nose with them. We're not intimidaded by that. They can swim their race and do a great job, and we saw a lot of that particularly today. I think we showed everybody we were better than what we were yesterday." 01/29/2010 - Michigan Sinks Spartans on Senior Night 01/19/2010 - Weekly Release #9: U-M Jumps in at Ohio State 01/09/2010 - Wolverines Drop Big Ten Dual to No. 12 Indiana |
