Junior (2016)

• Earned All-American honors in the 1,500-meter run at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 9 and 11), setting a PR of 4:15.61 to place eighth overall after timing a race of 4:18.79 (then-PR) in the semifinal
• At the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 26, 28), timed a PR of 4:19.22 to finish seventh overall in the quarterfinal, qualifying for the national meet at 1,500 meters
• At the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 14-15), ran 4:20.84 to earn a silver medal in the 1,500-meter run
• Finished fifth in the 1,500-meter run at the Payton Jordan Invitational (May 1), running 4:19.48
• Competed in the 800-meter run at the Long Beach Invitational (April 16), finishing second in the first section with a time of 2:08.11, and also ran the anchor leg of the winning 4x100-meter relay team (3:41.19).
• Placed second in the 800-meter run (2:07.59) and helped clinch fifth place in the 4x400-meter relay (3:47.55) at the Pac-12 vs. Big Ten Challenge (March 25-26)

• Earned All-America honors for the second time in her career by running the 1,200 meter leg of Michigan's third-place Distance Medley Relay (10:59.05) at the NCAA Championships (March 11)
• Medaled in the 600-meter run (third place, 1:29.35) at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 26-27) and ran the 1,200-meter leg of the DMR to help U-M regain its crown in the relay in 11:09.89, also competing as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team
• Helped set a season-best DMR time of 10:58.25 while running the 1,200-meter in 3:30 at the Alex Wilson Invitational (Feb. 20)
• Created new personal-best times in two events at the SPIRE Collegiate Invitational (Feb. 12-13); finishing third in the 600-meter race in 1:29.81 and winning the 800-meter race with a time of 2:05.50
• Competed in three events at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 5-6), the mile race crossing at 4:41.28 for eighth and a new personal record, the 4x400m relay finishing fourth (3:42.14) and the 4,000-meter DMR finishing first (11:23.45)
• Helped U-M to win the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 23) by winning the 600-meter race with a time of 1:30.48 and being part of the second-place 4x400m relay team (3:45.39)
• Finished second in the 8,000-m run in 2:11.31 and competed on the third-place 4x400m relay team (4:00.63) at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (Jan. 9)
• Competed in the 3,000-meter event finishing third in 9:29.34 at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 4)

Sophomore (2015)

• At the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds (May 28-30), Ran 4:21:99 in the first round of the 1,500-meter race (May 28) and competed in the second round of the 1,500-meter race (May 30), running 4:25:63
• Finished eighth in the 1,500-meter final at the Big Ten Championships (May 15-17), running 4:23.81
• Finished sixth in the third section of the 800-meter run (2:11.83) at the Payton Jordan Invitational (May 2)
• Ran 4:24.13 in the 1,500-meter run at UVA Challenge (April 17-18)

• At the SPIRE Invitational (Feb. 14-15), finished second in the 800-meter run (2:06.38), ran the 1,200 meter leg of the winning distance medley that set a new SPIRE record (11:00.20) and ran the third leg of the 12th place 4x400-meter relay (3:49.88)
• At the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational (Feb. 7-8), finished second in the 800-meter run (2:08.10)
• At the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 18), won the 600-meter run (1:33.62#, 1:34.76)
