Women's Track Hall of Fame Dinner on March 21 Open to Public

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan women's track and field program will induct the eighth class into its Hall of Fame on Friday, March 21, inside the Junge Family Champions Center. The induction dinner is open to the public and all family, friends and fans of the program are welcome to join in the celebration. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for guests to socialize and the program will begin at 7 p.m.

The Class of 2014 includes Nicole Forrester (1996-99), Katie (Erdman) Waits (2003-07), Nicole (Edwards) Sifuentes (2005-08), Geena (Gall) Lara (2005-09) and Tiffany (Ofili) Porter (2006-09).

The cost of dinner is $20 per person and can be paid at the door on the night of the induction.

All guests planning to attend must RSVP to Sue Lesowyk at 734-647-4550 or lesowyks@umich.edu by Friday, March 14.

For guests traveling from out of town, rooms at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel will be available at a discounted rate until Friday, March 14, at 5 p.m. Rooms can be reserved online or by calling 1-888-627-7098 and asking for the University of Michigan Track & Field Hall of Fame rate.
