The match was part of Michigan's first-ever "Block Out Bullying" event. The event brought in more than 1,200 students from Ann Arbor and surrounding school districts to campus to participate in fun and educational activities with U-M student-athletes.
Claire McElheny played in her first match since Aug. 25, a span of eight matches. McElheny had two kills, three digs and a block assist.
Lexi Erwin led Michigan in kills for the eighth time this season. She also registered double-digit kills for the ninth time in 2012.
Tiffany Morales recorded her eighth double-digit dig match of the year. It also was her third consecutive double-digit dig match.
Michigan now leads the all-time series with Eastern Michigan, 30-15.
