Michigan had four players in double figures in kills for the second straight match. Lexi Erwin led Michigan with 15 kills, while Molly Toon added 14. Jennifer Cross and Abby Cole had 13 and 11 kills, respectively.
Michigan played its second five-set match in less than 24 hours. The Wolverines defeated Texas A&M in five sets Friday night.
Senior Lexi Erwin led Michigan in kills for the sixth time this season and 65th in her career. She had 15 kills in the Florida State loss.
Erwin played this weekend 90 minutes away from her hometown of Spring, Texas.
Sophomore Tiffany Morales recorded her ninth 20-dig match as she had 20 in the Florida State loss. Morales now has 17 consecutive double-digit dig performances.
Junior Lexi Dannemiller tallied her second double-double of the season with 52 assists and 10 digs in the Florida State loss. Dannemiller now has 33 career double-doubles.
Sophomore Krystalyn Goode had seven blocks in the Florida State loss. It is her fourth match of the season with at least seven blocks.
Senior Ally Sabol had a season-high 15 digs in the Florida State loss. Her previous high was 12 against Oregon (Sept. 7) and Texas A&M (Sept. 13).
