Michigan picks up its first road win in the Big Ten this season.
The Wolverines move to 3-4 against ranked teams this season. The Maize and Blue also defeated No. 12 Oregon and No. 24 Ohio.
Michigan wins in three sets for the first time since a 3-0 win over Maryland on Oct. 20.
It is Michigan's first straight-set win at Wisconsin in school history. The last win for U-M at Wisconsin was on Oct. 30, 2010, in a four-set win, which marked the program's first victory on the road against the Badgers since 1992.
Senior Jennifer Cross led Michigan in kills for the 16th time in her career and the fifth time this season. She had 12 terminations for the Maize and Blue.
Cross had five block assists on the night and is just 10 away from breaking the U-M career block assist record.
Senior Ally Sabol recorded a season-high 16 digs. Her previous season high was 15 on two occasions, most recently vs. Northwestern on Oct. 4.
