The Wolverines had four players in double figures in digs for the first time since Oct. 19 when they did it at No. 10 Minnesota. Tiffany Morales led Michigan with 17 digs in tonight's match, while Brittany Lee added 11. Lexi Erwin and Lexi Dannemiller had 10 digs apiece.
Michigan falls to 4-5 in four-set matches.
Senior Jennifer Cross is now Michigan's all-time block assist record holder as she now has 421 in her career. She broke a tie with Katrina Lehman (419, 1999-2002) in tonight's match.
Fifth-year senior Brittany Lee tied a career high with 11 digs in tonight's match. Lee also had 11 digs against Toledo on Aug. 28, 2010.
Senior Lexi Erwin had 20 kills for Michigan's first 20-plus kill performance this season. She now has 13 in her career.
Erwin also picked up her seventh double-double of the season (20 kills, 10 digs) and 33rd of her career. She also has two consecutive double-doubles.
Junior Lexi Dannemiller earned her 37th career double-double as she had 45 assists and 10 digs in tonight's match.
