ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan volleyball program will play three events as part of its 2014 spring schedule, head coach Mark Rosen announced today (Wednesday, March 12). This included events in Cliff Keen Arena on April 5 and 19.
The spring schedule begins on Saturday, April 5, with a scrimmage against Northwestern. The Wolverines and Wildcats will play from 10 a.m.-noon and from 1-3 p.m. in Cliff Keen. Michigan then will travel to Rochester, Mich., for the Oakland University Spring Tournament on Saturday, April 12. Among the teams at this tournament are Oakland, Central Michigan, Wright State, Bowling Green and Toledo.
The Maize and Blue wrap up the spring schedule with a home tournament on Saturday, April 19. U-M welcomes Oakland, Central Michigan, Ball State and Cleveland State with matches beginning at 9 a.m. and lasting until 3:45 p.m.
Admission to the home spring events is free.
