2014 Michigan Football Season Ticket Renewal Policies
ORDERING: Your completed application and payment must be postmarked or received by the Ticket Office by April 15. Late orders may result in a different seat assignment. If you do not wish to renew your tickets, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your customer number and cancellation request. Season ticket orders include a service charge. Returned checks will be assessed a $30 fee. If you do not honor your returned check promptly, your ticket order will be cancelled.
DISABLED SEATING: If disabled seating is required, indicate this in writing with your order and specify if you require wheelchair seating or seating near an entrance. List all games (home and away) for which you require disabled seating. If disabled seating is needed during the season, call the Ticket Office as soon as possible to exchange your tickets. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to fans using a wheelchair. Seating for up to three companions is available for purchase in this area. If you have disabled seating and wish to give your ticket to a non-disabled person, call the Ticket Office for information.
MAILING: Tickets will be mailed in August. If you have not received them by Aug. 27 contact the Ticket Office for information. The Ticket Office assumes no responsibility for tickets mailed from locations other than our office.
SINGLE GAMES: Additional tickets may be ordered for those games that appear on your application. These orders are not guaranteed and will be refunded if demand exceeds supply. Single game tickets are mailed separately from your season tickets.
MISCELLANEOUS: Under Big Ten policy, every person entering the stadium must have a ticket regardless of age. Processing of payment is not a guarantee that your order will be filled. No refunds or exchanges. For information on changes of address, transfer of tickets, and name changes, please visit mgoblue.com/tickets.
If you wish to sit with another ticket holder, return both orders in the same envelope with a written request, or enter both names and customer numbers online in the seating comments box with your request.
SEATING PROCESS: All season ticket holders renewing by the deadline are placed in their previous year's seats. Seating change requests are then reviewed. Due to the volume of orders, personal consultation is not possible. Seating decisions are based on the preferred seating and priority points programs. We reserve the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice. Conditions which may cause change include late orders, non-compliance with Athletic Department policies or extenuating circumstances. Submission of your order indicates your acceptance of our distribution of tickets.
USE OF A SEASON TICKET: A season ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes) or other commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Michigan Athletic Department.
