DONATION REQUIREMENTS

• Donation requirements for indoor and outdoor club seats are scaled relative to the seat's proximity to mid-field.
• Indoor club seats require an annual contribution of $4,000 per seat, plus the cost of a football season ticket (and parking, if requested and available).
• Outdoor club seats require an annual contribution of $3,000 per seat (Zone 1), $2,250 per seat (Zone 2) or $1,500 per seat (Zone 3) plus the cost of a season ticket (and parking, if requested and available). View zone locations.
• Club seats are renewable on an annual basis and are subject to escalations in gift requirements.
• Existing club seat holders have the first opportunity to renew their lease at the end of the season.
• Given the uncertainty with a future project, the University reserves the right to adjust the minimum contribution levels described above by not more than 10 percent in the first year.
• If you itemize, you may be able to deduct 80% of your annual donation for club seats as a charitable contribution on your federal income tax return, (reducing your tax liability by an amount equal to 80% of your marginal tax rate - IRS Tax Code 170(1) - consult your tax adviser).
Tax Benefit Example for four outdoor club seats in zone 1:
Annual Contribution $12,000 ($3,000 x 4)
Tax Deductible Portion $9,600

ASSIGNMENTS OF CLUB SEATS

• Complete a commitment letter for club seats and return with the appropriate reservation deposit as soon as possible. A non-refundable per-seat reservation deposit of $250 will be required to apply for club seating. Your reservation deposit does not guarantee an assignment in your preferred location.
• The $250 per-seat reservation deposit can be applied toward the first year's annual contribution.
• If your application results in an assignment of club seats in any zone and you decide not to fulfill the first year's annual contribution, you will forfeit your deposit.
• Assignments will be based on the Victors Club priority point program.
• Each person's priority point total will be ranked with those of other club seat applicants in decending order to determine availability, assign zone preferences and specific locations.
• Group seating requests can be accommodated. If you desire to sit with another club seat patron, please note the "sit with" request. Your priority point totals will be averaged to determine your ranking for assignments.
