Learn to Skate
Welcome to the Learn-to-Skate Basic Skills Program at Yost Ice Arena. Our program offers a small student/instructor ratio, the area's top instructors and a fun, enjoyable fitness activity. Students will learn techniques and fundamentals based on US Figure Skating guidelines passing from level to level as skills are developed and mastered.
Skating at Yost is terrific way for kids to meet and interact with other kids outside of a traditional school setting. Adults, don't feel left out! The Yost Learn-to-Skate program is designed for all ages and ability levels!
All students must be registered with US Figure Skating. A yearly membership is only $12 and is valid from July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013. Please add this fee to your registration and Yost Ice Arena will take care of this on your behalf.
